• When ordering more than 5,000 UAH. free delivery
• When ordering up to UAH 5,000. the cost of delivery according to the tariff plans of the carrier.

IMPORTANT!

According to the rules of Nova Poshta, parcels are stored in the office free of charge for 5 working days. After this period, a penalty for the storage of the parcel is charged. If you have not picked up the order within 5 days, the package will be returned back to us. In this regard, our dear customers, we will be grateful if you report any problems with the ability to pick up the order within 5 days.

• We will agree with you the time and address at which the goods will be returned by our couriers

• Refunds are made in a convenient way for you within 1 day after the return of the goods

Items to be returned/exchanged must be new, unworn, with tags, and in original original packaging. The return is carried out within 30 days from the date of payment / receipt of the goods, not counting the day of its purchase.
